Back when I watched the first episode of the second season (AKB0048 Next Stage) I was like "meh, what is this?". Idk, maybe this anime was made intended for otaku-wota, but srsly the fanservice disrupts everything! For me, a female watcher, I'm feeling ruined inside. D: Really.
BUUUUUUT when I watched the 16th episode (3rd, if you put aside the first season) it reminds me of what makes me love this series.
1. "Beginner"
Srsly is there any idol group song which could surpass this song? No?
Even the kiraras are glowing as brightly as flame hmm
Aaaand just so you know I like the "ame wa yanda, kaze wa yanda" part. The rain has passed~ the wind has passed~ hurr durr
2. The whole fans and idol relations and feelings asdfghjkl;'
3. etc.
I wish they would put more "River" or else, but to put everything in single episode would not be a good idea too. And also the dancing scene is not so MMD-ish like how it used to be (... well, or at least I did think so).
That's it. And Kishida Mimori did got my feelings to her. I mean, after the late night conversation between her and Nagisa ... can we not?! I wasn't particularly interested on her before (to be frontal, I used to think she was a mere pheromone-exagerrated-nuisance). But my whole perspective about her turned thanks to this episode. After all, she is pretty much deserved the upper ten place in sousenkyo (general elections).
*EDIT
The 17th episode was waaaaay more stunning than I expected, even surpass the awesomeness of 16th episode. At least for me. :v
Check it yourself. Btw I cried during Tomochin's speech. Huks.
